To Buy New Laptop

My old truthful laptop has a problem with screen. So I’m thinking about new one.
I’m just not sure which model is preferable for me.
I don’t need very strong modern model.
It should work with Word and Photoshop programs and has good Internet connections for sure.
I’m also not sure if it’s ok to buy laptop online.
